Immersion Start-up Incubation Centre
The ABE program is designed to increase the business skills and leadership capabilities of managers who lead key units, departments, or functions, and aspire to be senior leaders in their organizations. The program has been built by consolidating “functional management skills” which helps the participants gain a holistic view of the entire corporation and focusing on “learning” to get things done with and through others. This program results in accelerating the careers of high-potential managers, with a specific attention to the Indian context.
Accelerating Business Excellence Program uses multiple intelligence-based approach in the classroom through facilitated dialogue. It enables the participants to take strategic decision through various strategic business projects, storytelling, role playing, informal sessions with distinguished leaders, and networking opportunities, to provide new insights.
This ABE is designed for department/functional managers with 12+ years of work experience in mid-sized and large organizations

The curriculum has been designed by global faculty from CEDEP and SOIL who are experts in their chosen fields and have served the business for more than 30 years.
In this program the participants shall gain an in-depth understanding of the following aspects:
"What is the value in the scenario?" (Value chain and beyond!)
"How to navigate the modern organization" (digital transformation, business analytics, design thinking)
"Excelling in core management disciplines" (finance, strategy, and operations)
"How to become a role model and coach".
The program includes a visit to a start-up community to contrast classic versus emerging organizations. Blended together, all the themes help participants to create the perfect environment to maximize their learnings and apply new ideas on a big scale, to have an impact on overall performance as well as the culture of the company.
