He is the Founder and CEO of Grow Talent Company Limited and the School of Inspired Leadership-SOIL. Grow Talent was created in July 2000 and became the leader in the strategic HR consulting industry by 2006. It enabled large number of Global and local firms to achieve breakthrough performance by realizing the potential of their people and creating a talent advantage. Anil’s experience in India and across the world covers areas such as talent management, strategic change and organizational transformation. He has been adjunct Faculty to leading business schools such as Indian School of Business, Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, GMI, Flint Michigan, Antioch University, Seattle, Ohio University and University of New Brunswick, Canada. Anil is a member of the Academic Committee and Faculty member of CEDEP, the leading Leadership Institute of Europe, INSEAD campus, Fontainebleau.

She is a recognized leader in deploying group processes that engage people in creating their desired future. Working with a variety of organizations, including tech, biotech, government, nonprofits, and others, she consults on strategies that enable diverse groups to face complex issues by turning presentation into conversation and passivity into participation. Peggy’s clients include Biogen Idec, Boeing, Microsoft, the National Institute of Corrections, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Peggy has taught system change in the American University’s Master of Science in Organization Development program. In 2001, Peggy co-founded Journalism that Matters (JTM) with three journalists to transform relationships between communities and journalism for a strong, inclusive democracy. Peggy co-authored The Change Handbook and wrote the award-winning Engaging Emergence: Turning Upheaval into opportunity.
A Highly Accomplished Business & HR Leader and Practitioner
He is currently serving as the Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd, Mahindra Steel Service Centre Ltd, and Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd. He was earlier the Group President (HR & Corporate Services) & CEO (After-Market Sector), Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He retired from his executive role in the Mahindra Group in April 2020. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January 2004 as a Member of the Group Management Board after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as Managing Director and CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India. He is a Member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva.
