CONTEXT

• The organization has been always futuristic and ahead of the curve. With various new players coming into the space, there seems to be a critical need to build the internal capability on ‘Analytics’ as a Centre of Excellence to support different business functions
• As part of the leadership development initiative – the organization had identified a group of key resources who would benefit from the program and its applicability in the business-as-usual deliverables

OUR INTERVENTION

• To proceed with the engagement, the SOIL team had an in-depth discovery session with the stakeholders to understand the need. The pre-assessment input helped in understanding participants’ capability, which helped in designing the program most suited to their needs
• A focussed program was designed keeping in mind the business scenarios with excellent theoretical & practical knowledge. A focussed program with 6 powerful modules was crafted by eminent faculty representatives from SOIL

IMPACT

• After 90 hours of extensive training with regular assignments modules, there was observed a considerable mindset shift and capability enhancement of the participants in the identified concepts and application.
• The team has started their early contributions by partnering with different functions and using analytics as part of the solutioning process.
