CONTEXT

• A strong need felt to take focused action on role modelling their core values with senior leaders through a Values Dialogue Process
• As part of the leadership development initiative – the organization had identified a group of key resources who would benefit from the program and its applicability in the business-as-usual deliverables

OUR INTERVENTION

• Designed and delivered a coach – led values dialogue for their senior leaders to facilitate them to reflect upon the impact they have on others and how they intend to role model values and lead by example.
• An in-depth talent fingerprint report with a “values barometer” presented to each leader, along with a few key questions for them to reflect on.

IMPACT

• The organization could create a plan to live by and adhere to organizational values and drive the envisioned values-based culture in future.
