The client is one of the new players in the Indian insurance market and is the country’s first insurance player to introduce online purchase of policies.

CONTEXT

• Being a new player in the market, the organization was facing a challenge to create a unique space for themselves
• Lack of common purpose and synergy among the leadership team members
• The team was finding it difficult to define an immediate growth path for themselves and the organization which aligns to their vision and values

OUR INTERVENTION

• Designed a ‘team effectiveness’ survey for the leadership team members
• Identified the strengths, the of the team using the tool namely ‘Appreciative Inquiry’.
• Prepared Action Learning Plans to work on the roadmap for future growth
