The organization wanted to achieve operational efficiency across its various dealerships and distributorships through optimal their processes and workflows and a standard organization structure with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. OUR INTERVENTION

• SOIL preformed a diagnostic study on the existing situation and came up with the organization design given today’s business context and needs.
• Organization structure was developed with reporting relations and career paths
• Job descriptions for all unique positions and key result areas (KRAs) were curated.
• Critical training needs were identified based on skill requirement.
• Compensation structure based on the basis of geography and volume/ scale of operations were recommended.
